Parent/Guardian Survey

Dear Xavier Catholic Schools Families and Supporters,

A planning study is underway to gather feedback about plans to renovate and remodel the former Toyota Financial Building so we can bring all our middle school students to one location. This process includes fielding this survey to all members of our Xavier Catholic Schools family. 

A planning study often serves as the first phase of a capital campaign, providing insight into what people think about the project, how much we could raise, who will serve as campaign volunteer leaders, and who might provide lead gifts.

Some members of our community may have already received this survey via various outreach efforts (such as through our partner parishes). If you have already taken this survey, you do not have to take it again.
